SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. I will try to process the day of but if not, it will be within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Please check the shipping policy page. You have several different options to choose from. The Chic Magnolia is not responsible for any delays once the mail carrier has possession.

RETURNS

What is your Exchange Policy?

Returns for Store Credit:

To initiate a return, please contact The Chic Magnolia at returnsthechicmagnolia@hotmail.com.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Unworn and unused with tags still attached.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are STORE CREDIT ONLY. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on accessories, shoes, sale items or gift cards. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. Store credit will not be applied to a future order until a return is processed.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I receive my Refund?

We do not offer refunds but store credit only. That will be processed as soon as possible, and you will be notified once it is finished.
